Cons: Never could get this card to work right.
Pros: EZ install & no problems with primitive software. It worked well with a reasonably acceptable picture for about 4 months.
Cons: After 3-4 months, picture quality degraded with 8-10 wavy continuous vertical lines. (I thoroughly confirmed that the problem is the Card, not cables or connections, etc.).
Other Thoughts: For $20, you might get lucky. For $20, I have no intent on pursuing a warranty..especially when one considers the badly translated manual and the very unimpressive Encore web site. Chalk this up to 'you get what you pay for'. Every once in a while, one must blow $20 to remind oneself..
Pros: FM reception is good. The price is also sweet. Bought this for my daughter so she could listen to FM radio.. She hugged me and said I was Awsome! (Thanks Encore!.lol). I dont know what the problem is with the settup for this prod. with some people..plug it in and read the directions.

Cons: A Little static when I shut it down.
Other Thoughts: Fm radio is all I use this for. I have PNY FX 5700 video cards on my other sytems to do the other Multi media stuff.
Pros: The good news is it the TV Tuner works well - isn't this the main thing ?
Cons: Remote Control IR Cable is very short. When I used an extension cable it stopped working - so I cannot mount the IR Receiver on the Monitor as I'd like to.
FM Radio never worked at all; Technical Support could not figure out why. I think I know why - my card is defective. Not going to return it though; I did not buy it for the FM capability.
Other Thoughts: If it were expensive I would be unhappy, but as it is cheap it is entirely adequate.
Pros: Works for my cable and my game console into my comp. Hey it works for the price, can't complain huh? High quality compression
Cons: wished the have audio RCA input.
Other Thoughts: U will need a big storage if want to record some DVD quality shows.
Pros: Overall, not a terrible product. Interface is fairly straightforward, setup is a snap, and the remote works great.
Cons: Picture quality isn't all that good, but honestly, what do you expect for a $20 tuner card?
Other Thoughts: Good overall value if you want a cheap TV tuner card for you computer.
Pros: Price. Does the job.
Cons: When I launch the software, I get static lines. I have to cycle through the options to remove them. Noisy when changing channels.
Cons: fm radio only tunes in a few stations
